Sit ups ?

how long in doing them before you can see some results and how many should we do each day? thanks

EVERYDAY AND AS MANY AS YOU CAN
i started doing abs ten minutes every day. i saw results in a few weeks. after six weeks i saw definite results. you can do it!! every one is different tho. just see what works for you:)
you will probably feel the difference before you see it. Remember, diet is very important if you want the lean look that gives you noticable abs. Hope you like chicken and brocolli.
If all it took to see results was sit ups everyone would be doing them! Unfortunately it's not quite that easy.The only way you will see results is by doing serious cardio exercise and weight training. Sit ups just build and tone existing muscle, if you have any fat whatsoever covering your abdominal muscles you need to get rid of this first - and the only way to do this is cardio and diet.
