I would take it as early in the day as possible (like with breakfast). If you take it too late it kind of defeats the purpose of the energizing effects. This product also contains guarana, so if you are sensitive to caffeine you might not be able to sleep if you take it later in the day.
Since it's a all day energy vitamin w/ timed release, you should take it early w/ breakfast or lunch. You may have troubles sleeping if you take it w/ dinner. Plus, it aids in turning food into energy so it will get optimal benefits if you take it early.
Earlier in the day is always better to give it a better chance of being absorbed and metabolized. And, with a meal is important.
