Should i take my vitamins on a full stomach, empty stomach, or just simply with food?


Answer:
take them with food. The food helps to break it down and be obsorbed into the blood stream.
With a meal or after one is probably the best way to go.
most vitamin pills will have a vitamin called b12 and if u take it on an empty stomach u will throw up so always take pills with food or after u have eaten
