Should i work out before or after i eat?

In addition to not getting sick, before is better, because then your heart rate, and thus metabolism are going faster at the point you eat.
work out before a meal because you dont want to eat then workout made may you sick work out for no more then 30 minutes
If you wish to lose weight, working out before a meal would be more effective. The whole purpose of working out before a meal is to burn off more calories than the food input. But if you work out after a meal, make sure it's at least 4 hours after a meal.
Well this is what I do. I work out about an hour after a meal, to let it settle in otherwise you may feel a sick feeling in your stomach. I would like to workout before a meal but I would get hungry instantly. I know people who work out at noon and some who work out at midnight. Really it is whatever fits your schedule though studies have shown that working out right when you get up in the morning gets you results quicker.
